Each group is a kind of work with its own tab. A draft lands on its group's tab once someone clicks Mark Ready. Anyone can open any tab. The people listed under "Lands here" open the app on that tab.
Define customer categories. Labor rates for each type are set in the Labor Rates section.

Set the default hourly rate for each combination of customer type and labor category.
Set the default travel charge for each customer type. This fills in the Travel Charge line automatically when a customer type is selected on a quote. Editing the amount on a quote overrides it for that quote only.
Set markup percentages based on the cost of the item. Sell price = cost × (1 + markup%).
